Amrita Cellars was founded by a first-generation American, shaped by an immigrant family where the table was sacred — a place of warmth, generosity, and celebration. From an early age, food and wine were not simply enjoyed, but understood as expressions of love and connection.

Cooking began at six, learning alongside a father whose lessons were rooted in tradition. By fifteen, holiday tables were set by instinct and imagination, guided by a deep curiosity for flavor. Science became a natural companion, eventually revealing its role in the transformation of food and wine through fermentation, precision, and time.

After college, helping friends and their families bring their winery dreams to life deepened an appreciation for the craft and soul of winemaking. From these experiences, Amrita Cellars emerged — uniting science, cuisine, and wine to create bottles that elevate the everyday and honor the moments that matter most.
